Co-founder of Bygott Biggs, Jane has become a well-known face in legal recruitment over the past 15 years.
Many of the lawyers she encountered when she was starting out are now the Managing or Recruitment Partners of the regions’ leading law firms. As a result, Jane has unrivalled connections with key decision makers as well as a unique insight into firms’ personalities.
Jane’s reputation for discretion and confidentiality has earned her the trust of both lawyers and law firms. Behind the scenes she has been responsible for many high profile partner and team moves.
Depending on the challenges presented during the week, Jane chooses to spend her free time practicing yoga or kick boxing. She has recently become proficient in the art of wielding Russian kettlebells.
