Bygott Biggs Partners with Smart Works

224

Bygott Biggs has announced a new partnership with Smart Works, Birmingham - a charity that provides high quality interview  clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. The Birmingham office of Bygott Biggs, located on Snow Hill, will launch the partnership with a drinks reception at  Hotel du Vin on 19th April from 6-8pm and is inviting women from the city’s law firms to join them in raising much needed funds and resources for this great cause.

Kelly said;

‘As responsible corporate citizens, we are very passionate about finding ways to give back to the local community in which  we work and to our industry. Whether that is in careers advice for younger professionals such as our cocktails event for the BTSS or our new partnership with Smart Works, the key is finding where we can add value outside of the day to day world  of legal recruitment.

We are seeing an increasing focus on CSR when interviewing candidates and speaking to our clients within law firms. We all  know by now that remuneration isn’t the be all and end all for high calibre candidates, work life balance and flexible working is a major factor but so too is CSR.'

If you would like to discuss how CSR can help your firm to attract the next generation of talented lawyers keen to find like-minded employers, talk to us or why not pop along to our event on the 19th - oh and don’t forget to bring any unwanted work clothes!’
