Agricultural Property Solicitor

Location: East Midlands / South Yorkshire region (hybrid and flexible working available)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious solicitor to join its growing Agricultural & Rural Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, working closely with a respected and experienced partner in this niche area.

The Role:
You will likely handle a broad range of agricultural and rural related property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of farms, land, and rural estates
• Agricultural tenancies and grazing agreements
• Rights of way, easements, and boundary issues
• Renewable energy and diversification projects
• Agricultural property aspects of private client and commercial work

About You:

• You will be a qualified solicitor (newly qualified or with experience in property law. NQ – Partner level)
• You have a genuine interest in agriculture, the countryside, and rural affairs
• You are keen to specialise and build a long-term career in agricultural property law
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy building lasting client relationships
