You will play an active role in progressing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of residential property matters while benefiting from close supervision and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist with and progressively take on responsibility for a wide range of conveyancing tasks, including:

  • Handling sale enquiries and liaising with clients and third parties
  • Reviewing mortgage offers and property searches
  • Conducting title checks and raising enquiries on purchases
  • Drafting client reports
  • Liaising with lenders on mortgage matters, including Certificates of Title
  • Preparing files for exchange, including checking documentation and coordinating deposit funds
  • Assisting with completion processes, including drafting completion statements and correspondence
  • Supporting with SDLT submissions and Help to Buy documentation
  • Assisting with post-completion formalities
  • Maintaining accurate records on case management systems
  • Providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
  • Supporting team members with general file progression and client care
