Commercial Property Solicitor

Full-time | Permanent | Progressive Multi-Office Professional Services Business

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a well-established, expanding law firm that’s part of a forward-thinking, progressive professional services group.

This position is based in Leeds, with hybrid working available, and offers the chance to take on an existing caseload of work.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, typical of a regional commercial property practice. The caseload includes:

• Sales and purchases of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leases and renewals
• Commercial property finance
• Development and investment transactions

There’s an existing caseload ready for you to pick up, along with opportunities to develop new client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, self-sufficient solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property. The role would also suit someone with a mixed commercial and residential property background who’s looking to focus more on commercial work.

You’ll have:

• Solid technical knowledge and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for growing your practice area
