Commercial Property Solicitor

An established and expanding regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE to take the next step in their career within a firm that offers genuine prospects for progression and a supportive, modern working environment.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and property finance. You will work closely with a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate entities and investors.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
