Construction Solicitor

A leading UK law firm seeks a Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile projects and complex disputes across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and regeneration schemes.

The Role

• Draft, review and negotiate building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and related agreements.
• Advise on disputes including adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Handle matters such as payment and defects claims, delays, loss and expense, and contract termination.
• Provide training and updates to clients on construction law developments, including building safety legislation.

The Candidate

• Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) with experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
