Corporate Associate

An established national law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Associate to join its expanding Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful corporate team undertaking high-quality transactional work with a diverse client base.

The Role

You’ll be advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Joint ventures
• Private equity transactions
• Drafting and reviewing core corporate documents (shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, SPAs, etc.)

You will also be encouraged to play an active part in business development, such as attending client events, producing thought leadership, and supporting pitches.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• An Associate-level Corporate Lawyer with relevant PQE experience
• Technically strong with excellent drafting skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice
• A strong communicator able to build lasting client relationships
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to contribute to team success
