Corporate Solicitor

Location: Lincoln / East Midlands (Hybrid Working Available)

An award-winning law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team in the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a vibrant and collaborative group that offers top-quality work, excellent client exposure, and genuine support for long-term development.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Corporate governance and general advisory work

The team acts for a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates across a variety of sectors.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor (c.1yrs+ PQE)
• A solid grounding in corporate law gained during training or in practice
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commercial awareness
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in corporate work
