Dispute Resolution Solicitor (1–4 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor (1–4 PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in the East Midlands.

You will work as part of a supportive and experienced litigation team, advising a broad client base on a wide range of commercial dispute matters. This includes breach of contract, director/shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, and injunctive relief. The role offers strong exposure to high-quality work alongside genuine opportunities for career development.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Advising clients and delivering a high standard of client care
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including court documentation
• Developing litigation strategies and supporting on more complex matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and handling billing processes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and file management procedures
• Collaborating closely with colleagues, including senior lawyers and partners

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in dispute resolution/commercial litigation
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to apply legal principles effectively
• Comfortable handling a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Team-oriented, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
