A well-regarded and expanding law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (circa 5+ years PQE) to join their new office in West Bridgford, Nottingham. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a firm with a strong reputation and ambitious plans for the East Midlands.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including contract, property, and professional negligence matters. The position offers a real chance to influence the development of the dispute resolution practice in a new location, with strong support from the wider firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
• Delivering strategic and commercially sound advice to a broad client base
• Contributing to business development initiatives
• Supporting the growth and reputation of the new office

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• UK-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution
• Technically strong with sound judgment and commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Self-driven, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Interest in contributing to the development of a new regional offering
