Employment Lawyer – Sheffield (Partner/Senior Associate Level)

An exciting and strategic leadership opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Lawyer to join and build a thriving team in a well-established national firm’s Sheffield office.

This is a key appointment offering the chance to take the lead on employment work across the region, shape the direction of the team, and play a pivotal role in the firm’s regional growth plans.

The Role:

• Lead on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Develop and manage relationships with a broad range of clients, from SMEs to national businesses
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and help grow the team
• Work collaboratively with other departments and partners nationally
• Opportunity to be involved in business development, marketing, and strategic planning at leadership level

About You:

• 8+ PQE with a strong track record in employment law
• A confident business developer with a strong local network or the ambition to grow one
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable
• Commercially minded with a collaborative approach
• Looking for a platform to grow your profile and make a real impact
