Employment Solicitor (0–2 PQE)

Location: Nottingham
Salary: Competitive, plus benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Are you an ambitious and enthusiastic solicitor looking to build a successful career in Employment Law? We’re seeking a solicitor with 0–2 years PQE to join a highly regarded Employment Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, mostly acting for employers. You’ll advise on a wide range of employment law issues including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation

• Redundancy and restructures

• TUPE transactions

• Unfair dismissal and discrimination matters

• Contracts of employment, settlement agreements and restrictive covenants

About you:

• NQ to 2 years PQE with some experience in Employment Law

• Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach

• Strong initiative, problem-solving and organisational skills

• A genuine team player with enthusiasm and ambition to grow

• Ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services
