In-house Commercial Property Lawyer

We are partnering with a long-standing property developer and investor to recruit their first in-house lawyer.

They are looking for someone to set up internal systems, improve efficiencies, rationalise their leasehold agreements, and manage their external lawyers. Working closely with the Directors, you will have a senior role in the business, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The company holds a large portfolio of leasehold commercial properties and they require someone to deal with the new leasehold agreements, lease renewals, as well as the sale and purchase of new commercial premises and land.

This is an excellent role for someone who would like to integrate into a business in a meaningful way and effect real change.
