A well-established, boutique commercial law firm in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a key role, taking over an existing caseload and client relationships from a long-standing senior figure within the firm.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Contractual disagreements
• Professional negligence claims
• Business-related fraud and misrepresentation cases
• General commercial litigation for SME and corporate clients

You’ll have the autonomy to run your own files, develop client relationships, and play a central role in the growth of the team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong track record of handling complex commercial disputes
• Excellent technical skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset
• Confident communicator, able to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
