Personal Injury Paralegal

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in the Grantham area is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their respected Personal Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity to work under a highly experienced fee earner within a firm that prides itself on its personal, hands-on approach to legal services.

The Opportunity

You will be supporting a team that provides high-quality, client-focused legal services for those affected by serious accidents and injuries. The role offers exposure to a range of personal injury matters, including:

• Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Accidents at work
• Slips, trips, and public liability claims
• Criminal Injuries Compensation (CICA) claims

The firm is known for handling both straightforward and complex claims with empathy and efficiency. As a paralegal, you will assist in progressing files from initial instruction through to resolution, working closely with clients throughout what is often a very difficult time in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with a varied caseload of personal injury claims
• Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, and court forms
• Liaising with clients, experts, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Preparing case files for settlement negotiations or court proceedings
• Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring regulatory compliance

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

• A law graduate or equivalent, with a strong academic record
• Experienced in or keen to develop within personal injury law
• A confident communicator with a compassionate and professional approach
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively
• Passionate about helping people through challenging circumstances
