Private Client Solicitor (NQ+)

An established and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ+) to join its busy and well-regarded team based in Lincoln.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to build their experience across a broad range of private client matters, within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.

The Role Will Involve:

• Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate administration
• Estate and tax planning, including inheritance tax mitigation
• Trusts and wealth preservation
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of NQ level experience in Private Client law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in this area of law
