An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially-minded Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) to join a leading law firm in South Yorkshire. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of commercial property matters, with genuine scope for development and progression.

The firm is known for its collaborative, inclusive culture, impressive national reach, and high-calibre real estate work across diverse sectors including development, investment, landlord & tenant, and regeneration.

The Role

Advise on a full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Landlord & tenant work
• Development and regeneration projects
• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance and asset management
• Work with a variety of clients including major developers, housebuilders, investors, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with a supportive, partner-led team in Sheffield, while also engaging with the wider national real estate group.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.
• Broad experience across general commercial real estate.
• Excellent technical skills and a strong commercial mindset.
• A proactive, personable, and collaborative approach.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, meet financial targets, and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Good IT literacy, including familiarity with modern legal software and case management systems.
