Regulatory Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious solicitor to join a top-tier regulatory law team renowned for handling complex, high-profile cases across multiple sectors, including environmental law, climate change and energy regulation, health and safety, financial services regulation, professional misconduct, product liability and judicial reviews.

This role offers the chance to work in a team alongside experienced practitioners in the field, supporting clients in heavy industry, energy, healthcare, financial services, real estate development, utilities and sports and entertainment regulatory sectors. The team is consistently recognised by leading legal directories and is known for delivering exceptional client service and results.

The Role

• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters relevant to the business or clients. 
• Maintain regular communication with clients, solicitors, Counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Interpret new or changing regulation, assess its impact on the business/clients, and advise on compliance strategy.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies. 

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) ideally (3+ years PQE).
• Strong technical legal skills: research, drafting, interpreting regulation. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal/regulatory issues for non-lawyers, present to business stakeholders.
• Analytical and risk-focused mindset with the ability to identify regulatory risk and propose mitigation.
• Ability to work independently, supporting the supervising fee earner and wider team.
