Senior Associate – Private Client

An ambitious and forward-thinking law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing Private Client team in Lincoln. This role offers a fantastic platform for an experienced lawyer to work on complex estate planning matters, with a clear route for progression within a modern and commercial legal environment.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a well-established and expanding private wealth team, the successful candidate will advise a diverse and high-net-worth client base on:

• Estate planning, wills, and trusts
• Administration of complex estates
• Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
• Succession planning for agricultural and rural estates
• Court of Protection matters and lasting powers of attorney

There will also be opportunities to supervise and support junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical ability in tax, trusts, and estate administration
• Experience with agricultural estates or rural clients would be a significant advantage
• Excellent client care skills and a confident, professional manner
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, team-oriented approach
